Family Nurse Practitioner

Rashidah Sembatya, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. She completed her clinical training in Family Medicine with Family Medicine Specialist Inc., further refining her skills in primary care.

With over 10 years of experience in family practice and inpatient settings, Rashidah has worked in diverse healthcare environments, including family medicine, behavioral health, rehabilitation, and long-term care. She specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric and adult health, women’s health, and overall wellness.

Rashidah takes a patient-centered, holistic approach to healthcare, empowering individuals through education, preventive strategies, and lifestyle modifications to improve their well-being. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), with additional certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Fluent in English, Rashidah is passionate about health literacy and actively participates in community outreach programs to improve healthcare access. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
