I really enjoyed the inpatient experience with rands, talking to different doctors, seeing patients in the ICU and ED. I enjoyed learning how to write H & P notes and seeing how comfortable I got with them over time. It's definitely something that I won't see much in other rotations. Thanks for being patient & always answering my questions. I admire how much you care for your patients & I aspire to have the same passion.

  Today’s visit has been so amazing! I can’t believe I just found the perfect medical team that shows so much compassion and care for their patients. I truly felt like they were my personal family taking care of me. Shout out to Vanessa who went over and beyond for me. Dr. Ahmed who made me feel so comfortable to be in his care.   I had called to reschedule an appointment  for a 3 month visit with Dr. Ahmed.  At that time, I had to leave a message for a return call.  I received a return call from Julia to reschedule my appointment, at that time I felt awkward because I had requested an early time due to having children who have special needs that I need to take with me to the appointment, not doing so well later in the morning.  I was told "NO" and not even offered a call in the event there would be a cancellation  to come in earlier.  Today, I did go to the office for my visit.  Of course, Dr. Ahmed is an AMAZING Physician, which I am blessed to have taking care of me.  However, I did feel uncomfortable upon entering with the conversation being pretty much non existent with the front desk person, as well as having a nurse in the treatment room when I am speaking with the Dr.  I kinda felt like what I may like to discuss privacy wise with him, that i was not able to.  AGAIN, I do really love Dr. Ahmed, this will not keep me from seeing him, but hopefully they can make some changes because people are nervous enough going to see a physician,  to not have people being friendly and courteous.  I gave three stars because Dr. Ahmed is beyond Excellent !!!

  Dr. Moinuddin was extremely diligent and caring; the whole staff at SWAN primary care were professional and courteous.
