Please report to the following address on your first day:
303 E Army Trail Rd, Suite 111, Bloomingdale, IL 60108 at 10 a.m. (on Monday) or 2p.m.(on Tuesday – Thursday).

Your schedule will be discussed during your orientation on the first day.

Yes, there are designated breaks for meals. Facilities including a microwave and a coffee maker are available for use.

Weekend attendance is not mandatory unless specified by your supervisor.

The dress code is business casual, supplemented by a white lab coat.

Yes, EMR access is provided at the clinic.
