Angela Aponte2023-03-18I had called to reschedule an appointment for a 3 month visit with Dr. Ahmed. At that time, I had to leave a message for a return call. I received a return call from Julia to reschedule my appointment, at that time I felt awkward because I had requested an early time due to having children who have special needs that I need to take with me to the appointment, not doing so well later in the morning. I was told "NO" and not even offered a call in the event there would be a cancellation to come in earlier. Today, I did go to the office for my visit. Of course, Dr. Ahmed is an AMAZING Physician, which I am blessed to have taking care of me. However, I did feel uncomfortable upon entering with the conversation being pretty much non existent with the front desk person, as well as having a nurse in the treatment room when I am speaking with the Dr. I kinda felt like what I may like to discuss privacy wise with him, that i was not able to. AGAIN, I do really love Dr. Ahmed, this will not keep me from seeing him, but hopefully they can make some changes because people are nervous enough going to see a physician, to not have people being friendly and courteous. I gave three stars because Dr. Ahmed is beyond Excellent !!!
