Having witnessed the challenges of fragmented healthcare, he is dedicated to improving care coordination and ensuring patients receive seamless, high-quality treatment across all settings.

As the Chairman of Medicine at AdventHealth GlenOaks Hospital, Dr. Moinuddin plays a vital role in shaping medical practices, enhancing patient outcomes, and leading quality improvement initiatives. His approach to medicine focuses on building long-term relationships with patients, providing continuity of care in the clinic, hospital, and nursing home. He is a strong advocate for his patients, ensuring they receive the comprehensive and compassionate care they need and deserve.
